AMERICAN
BED & BREAKFAST

COMEDY

Polite surfaces don’t survive the weekend.

American Bed & Breakfast follows a group of strangers who arrive at a small rural inn from different worlds, each carrying their own assumptions, ambitions, and quiet vulnerabilities. Over the course of a Fourth of July weekend, these guests find themselves sharing space, meals, and conversation, their differences gradually surfacing through moments of tension, humor, and unexpected connection.

Bernard, with his tall tales and eccentric presence, occupies the center of attention, drawing people in with stories that hover between invention and truth. As the weekend unfolds, social rituals meant to unite—conversation, celebration, shared festivity—begin to expose what lies beneath polite surfaces. The gathering becomes a turning point, where private desires and carefully maintained identities begin to surface.
